Curran and Company experienced a higher than average vacancy rate for their townhomes and apartments rental properties. They sought our help in reaching their target audience with a goal of renting the remaining vacant properties.
We identified three main target audiences in the rental market. We designed target audience specific campaigns to speak directly to each age group based on needs for living space. The campaign included television commercials and digital banner ads. When preparing media schedules and online targeting, each campaign was placed in age and socioeconomic appropriate programs and online websites. We also utilized the videos for social media marketing, and chose our demographics based on each campaign.
Within 3 months of launching the campaign, it was reported that occupancy goals were reached!
